The categories above are the products that USG offers, on both admitted and non-admitted paper for "Small Business" Accounts through USLI.
Our promise to you on these submissions:
> New business submissions within our underwriting
authority will be quoted within 24 hours.
> Renewals for risks within our underwriting authority
will be quoted, based on expiring information, 30 days
prior to renewal date.
> Renewal and New Business policies quoted within our
underwriting authority will be sent to you within 15 days
; of effective date.
> Endorsements will be processed and sent to you within
five days of receipt.
